Terms & Conditions

Terms are net 20 days from the date of the invoice.

Accounts with balances remaining unpaid 20 days from invoice date may be subject to interrupted gas service and will be assessed FINANCE CHARGE of 1 ½ % which is an ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of 18%. A minimum FINANCE CHARGE of .50 cents will be charged for any month in which there is an outstanding balance of $33.33 of less. Make checks payable to KEMGAS. Your cancelled check is your receipt. A $25 fee will be charged on all returned/declined credit cards and checks. ALL PROPANE SALES ARE FINAL.

Any deposits posted to the account will remain on the account until the account is closed.
